Am I having common pregnancy pains at 11 weeks?

I am 11 and a half weeks pregnant. I am 27 and have 2 kids already, 9 & 6. I keep having these small pains in my lower abdomen. Right on the front left side of my stomach. Sometimes both sides but seldom. Were I guess my ovary would be. And its mainly in that spot. I get the sharp pain from sneezing and strain but thats not it. I dont know whether to call it cramping or not. Its not real painful just uncomfortable. I havent noticed any real back pain. I had a steak last night for dinner also (and yes i like mine a little bloody) and after I profusely threw it back up a couple hours later, I noticed when i peed that there was a little bit of pink when I wiped. My last 2 pregnancies were perfect. No morning sickness or anything. This one is stressing me out though. Maybe because I had a miscarriage after my second kid, when I was 3 months along. But ive never experienced symptoms like these before. Is all this normal?
