Atkins dieters: I have a question......?

It is all about how deep into Ketosis you get. You must have very few carbs in the start of the diet to get you deep into ketosis. Then you can add in some fruit/other carbs, but not so much it knocks you out of ketosis. Everyone has a different amount of carbs they can eat, depending on activity level and invdividual metabolism. Of course, if you ever go back to eating lots of carbs, ketosis will be gone and you'll be in the same boat. I tried it and it really didn't work for me, good luck!
