My son's other grandma is reaching my boiling point!?

My Son's grandma (his fathers side of the family)...has been pissing me off with her coments from day 1 with my son. its not that i'm rude, but she says rude things or like she is looking down on me, i dont ask her for it either. i'm not gonna name all the incendents off but this is what happened today..i went to drop my son off for the day at his dads house, well she was there and she went to hold him and said "does your dog ever try to lick him"..(not sure where she was going with this) i said she trys sometimes and she replied ...oh becase sometimes i smell his face and i'm like "ewww". OMG i had to use all my strength to keep from blowing my cork. 1st off, my son has acide reflux and is projectile spiiting up alot so that smell most likely is from his formula on his cheeks and mouth, and my dog doesnt lick him, i think that disgusting and dont allow it at all, and my son gets a bath every single night at 7pm and gets lavendar lotion put on morning and night, how rude was that comment? Then, she hates the fact my son sucks his thumb and pops it out of his mouth and says "ca ca" to him and makes ugly faces. he doesnt understand that! and i tried a paci and he doesnt like them, i think his thumb is cleaner anyways, i have no problem with it and it helps calm him down......i think she is just wearing on my last nerve plus i'm pmsing so i feel like i'm gona lecture her if she makes one more comment. She never buys my son ANYTHING, i know a grandma doesnt HAVE to. but my parents have spoiled my son rotten and it wasnt like they are rich either. so why is she telling me how to care for my son and making rude comments, they dont have any toys or baby food or formula for when he goes there either. she tells me to stop him on his formula when he is 8-9 months..um no, i'm not stupid. she is always telling me what to do and how to do it...most of it is like DUH or it just doesnt make any sense at all! what should i do? tell her to lay off or just keep acting like i dont hear her?? she barely spends time w/ my son and i see and know it too because my 6 month old looks at her like she is crazy all the time but loves his dad and aunt over there...
