How can I get over my fear of Florida's poisonous creatures?

We plan on moving to Florida next year. I'm excited about it. However, I am so paranoid about all the snakes, spiders and alligators there. I have 2 kids and I'm terrified that they'll be out in the backyard and get attacked by a gator, snake or spider. I know it's silly. Please don't respond if you are going to get y with your answer. This is a real fear for me. I'm more terrified of the creatures on land then the sharks in the ocean.
