You should contact NVidia and see if there is a way to cmpletely remove all driver files. sounds lik it is a driver file that is conflicting with windows. It is probably in the boot list. You will need to remove the file completely to make it stop. The driver is apearantly causng your memory to overload, than it wants to dump, so it goes to BSOD to dump, than restarts.
