Pure Hoodia X scam? identity theft?

a bottle of this "pure hoodia X" stuff. some dietary supplement came today in my mail with my mothers name on it. the thing is...none of us ordered this stuff. theres no signs of unauthorized use of the credit card. what do you advise i do? im afraid it could be some sort of identity theft? i dont know.
