Painful . Are there any nurses or women that could help?!?

Any nurses or women out there who would be able to help me.. I would appreciate it. I am a 25 year old woman. I have painful almost every time. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years.. and it always seems to happen. It feels like my skin is being ripped upon entering.. and sometimes it gets better after a while.. and sometimes not. We use astro glide and try different positions. We do not use condoms, because those irritate me further and I am on birth control. I have been checked out by my gyno, and she cant see anything that would be causing it. Any ideas? Help! Its very frustrating! Thank you!
