Anyone can tell me where my daugther who is 5 y. o. can have an iq test?

I am sorry because my poor english, but althougt my daughter was born in USA, we live in Colombia but she is showing great results in her first 5 years, i would like to send her to Florida where we have some relatives to get an iq test. Is this possible? can she gets one? where can i get more information? I will thank you any information that you can give us
