Does this sound like vein disease?

my legs feel really heavy almost all the time and weak and i can barely lift them sometimes. it takes a lot of effort for me to make them straight. my feet get numb fast and i get foot cramps a lot. should i see my doctor? i looked it up and its usually hereditary and it can cause blood clots if left untreated. my grandpa died from a blood clot in his 30s so i dont know if theres a connection or?
