I can't find my frozen water pipe, what should I do?

I have no water to my flat, and I think there might be a frozen pipe because the temperature has been below freezing. I cannot find where it is frozen though and now I don't know what to do? Do I just wait and hope it thaws out itself? Any suggestions please?
