I need some advice/help about my pitbull puppy...?

Is there anyway i can stop her or deter her from pulling me when i walk her?? Also she always steals my other dogs food til he's done and then moves on to her own. I've tried making her eat in her cage but she just whines til we let her out and then goes right on eating his. Can anyone help??
