If your a Catholic only in name what do you call that?

I am religious and I still pray to mary and my grandmother but I never attend church or any other religious related stuff, I had my baptism, Communion, and confirmation. I was born into Roman Catholicism. What do you call that? I am not very religious, but I still mantain the idenity?
