Report A Doctor Asap?

Okay my daughter is 15 months old. I took her in to the Childrens Hospital "emergency room" I got there at 11am she wasn't seen until 5pm this was on the 16th she went in for constipation she's had that for 1 week and a half. She goes but little and they smell horrible. They weren't of any help at that hospital. So yesterday I took her to her pediatrician, she arrived at 12 left at 1 for lunch semi- examined my daughter said she was fine even though she had a cough and fever didn't prescribe me anything but made sure the M.A gave her the vaccines I asked if that was ok since she had a fever she said it was. The doctor was rude as f*ck she was pissed because I had taken my daughter to the er 3 hrs later my daughters fever went up again to 105 and started vomiting and shaking called the ambulance took her in to the er turns out my baby has a throat infection and bronchitis and the vaccines brought out the fever. What should I do?
