What University is best?

Which is best out of these, University of Sheffield, Sheffield Hallam, University of Manchester, University of Huddersfield or University of Leeds. I want to do Business Law but do not know what type like LPC, LBB or Masters, I don't get any of that at the moment. I may consider others forms of business and law as well. Please help!
