Where did bon jovi stay last time he was in bristol, and where is he staying this time? i am such a big fan!?

I am seeing Bon Jovi in London then two days later at Ashton Gate in my home town of Bristol, I really want to meet him and the band and get some autographs and a picture. Does anyone know which hotel he stayed at last time, did anyone meet him? or does anyone know which hotel he's gonna stay at this time? thanks guys.
