Why did Obama's nominee for the Supreme Court purposely delay 117 items of information in his application?

This guy not only has no judicial experience he has never tried a single case. He has far left views of course, he clerked for Ginsburg. But someone who has no experience shouldnt even be nominated regardless of their views.
