Will my BTech of good % have any value if I do it from a private college?

I've done XII from stateopenboard with a gap of 4 years from X & scored 68% after giving reappear exam of physics.I did my X from cbse & got 93%.I want to do BTech & I think I can't clear AIEEE & I'll have to do BTech from a private college,will my Btech have any value if I clear it with good %?There has been a problem that I've directly done my 12th i.e no 11th, that's why my concepts are not clear. Otherwise I'm hard-working student as I cleared my 10th with good%. I'm worried if any college will take without AIEEE basis but I'm sure I'll give my 100% if I get admission in any college. After that, will my BTech of good % have any value? I'm really worried, so please help me.
