I smell burnt rubber when I drive.?

I have a 96 Plymouth Grand Voyager. I just recently had my belt changed on my van and the belt broke but before than I was smelling burnt rubber and was told the smell was coming from the belt burning and breaking and I just not my belt changed yesterday but I smell the burnt smell. What is the problem?
