Shakespeare's language, i don't get it! Please translate to modern plain english.?

As was clarified in a parallel text of Julius Caesar: "not even the audience fully understood the words. Language was changing often and rapidly. People went to the plays for the story, not the words." So, it's not your fault. Still, I don't see how they translate it to modern English.
